How to Set up your Wealthbox Integration inside the Portal

Connect Wealthbox, configure sync rules, and review field mapping.

Step One

Click on settings from your name in the upper right corner, toggle to integrations, add your API code from Wealthbox, and connect.

Step Two

Click "Manage" on the Wealthbox integration and customize the integration. On the "Tags Sync" tab choose "Always auto-create" on the "Event tags" section.

Step Three

Under "Sync Rules" you can set it to "Event attendees + attended guests" so only those who attended sync, or "Event registered contacts + guests" if you want everyone who registered.

Step Four

Lastly, click on the Sync Dashboard button.

Review the duplicates.

The Field Mapping section defines what data is kept.
